The individual villas are perfect for a family or large group wanting to travel together but still looking for a bit of privacy at the end of the day. Outside in the tropical oasis you will find a salt water pool in the middle of the deck with loungers, a sun umbrella and sofa seating under a cabana. There is private courtyard with a palapa and bar seating which is a perfect serene spot to escape the sun. In the late evening enjoy the gas fire pit seating area with friends and reminisce about the day or plan tomorrow's next adventure! The property also has a charcoal grill for the bbq enthusiast...perhaps to grill up the "catch of the day"! And a corn hole game in which to play for fun or for wagers!

Our property manager will coordinate a taxi (approx $10usd) to pick you up at the municipal airport or ferry terminal upon arrival and will take you 5 minutes south to the property where he will meet you and introduce you to the property or if you rent golf carts through us the cart company will provide complimentary shuttle service to property..

The main mode of transportation on Ambergris Caye is GOLF CART! Of course you can walk or rent bikes...but we highly recommend renting a golf cart to sightsee, shop, dine and bar hop. We think it’s a fun adventure navigating the cobblestone streets of town and a great way to explore this unique beautiful island!
